In 2020, Iron Capital acquired a prime location land, implementing a strategic approach that attracted the leading developer of upscale residential buildings (through a barter deal with JHSF and Even). This collaboration resulted in the development of residential towers, a shopping center, and the first wave pool in the city of São Paulo.
